Scholarships
are paid directly to the student in two or three installments,
following the pattern of the school's semesters or quarters.
The first check will be sent in the Fall after the Scholarship
Fund has received official documentation of the number of units
for which the student has enrolled.
The second payment
will be made after the Fall grades and second session's registration
schedule have been received by the Fund. At those schools on
the quarter system, this procedure will be repeated for the last
third of the scholarship.
If a student
drops a course and completes less than 12 units in a session
he/she will not qualify for the second session installment of
the scholarship. It is the student's responsibility to notify
the Fund of any changes which could affect scholarship eligibility.
